Module 1: How Law School Actually Works

Understanding the game before classes start. Stop approaching 1L like undergrad. You'll learn how the curve really works, why finals are almost everything, what professors are actually rewarding, and the hidden rules nobody hands you. By the end, you'll understand what success in law school truly looks like, and why so many smart students struggle without this.

Module 2: How to Think Like a Law Student

Learning the language of legal analysis. Legal thinking isn't normal academic thinking. You'll learn what "analysis" actually means, get introduced to IRAC and legal writing structure, learn to argue both sides, spot legally significant facts, and start building the mental muscles of issue spotting, before a professor ever calls on you.

Module 3: How to Read and Brief Cases Efficiently

Stop reading like an undergrad. This is where most 1Ls quietly lose ten hours a week. You'll learn the anatomy of a case, what actually matters versus what doesn't, and Danielle's simplified briefing method so you can brief for class and exams without drowning in highlighter. Module 4: Study Systems, Time Management, and Outlining

The systems that make students successful. Build the structure before the stress hits. About Danielle

Hi, I'm Danielle. I went to the University of Miami, where I completed the dual JD/MBA program, and I did it with three kids under seven and a decade-old business with twelve employees to run. Balancing real life with law school taught me something fast: there was so much about how to do 1L that I figured out far later than I should have. 


Even while piecing it together, I made it work. I landed a Big Law summer internship with an offer from a New York firm, interned for two semesters with a fintech company out of San Francisco, worked with entertainment attorneys in California, and interned with a five-star luxury hospitality brand in Miami. I passed the Florida bar on my first try, and went on to practice mergers and acquisitions and entertainment law. Today I own my own firm, practicing corporate law for small and medium-sized businesses. 


Here's where you come in. While I was studying for the bar, I kept realizing there was still information no one had handed me, things that would have made all the difference if I'd learned them sooner. So I started sharing what I knew.
